I got a new toy today! It's so much fun. This little baby fits into the sole of my shoe, and transmits a little signal to my iPod while I
run. My iPod then tracks how far and fast I've traveled, my average speed per mile, etc. etc. etc. I love it. It also uploads all my
runs to this website, so I can get a nice overview of what I've been doing.
