Remember the fight between Spring and Winter I mentioned not too long ago? Well, it looks like Winter won this round. We got
between 8 and 12 inches in the last two days. Yuck. I'm also reminded that the same thing happened last year in Kyiv, and that
didn't stick around too long, so maybe there's hope yet.
